Ingredients:
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 3/4 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- minced fresh parsley
- 5 tablespoon cornstarch
- 6 chicken breast halves

First of all, you need to rinse the chicken and pat it dry. Next, mix the salt, paprika and pepper in a bowl and rub this mixture on the chicken. Place the chicken in the crockpot and put in the mushrooms and green onions.
Now, pour some wine over the top of the chicken and cover the crockpot. Set the temperature to HIGH and cook it for 3 hours. After that, set the heat to LOW and cook it for another 6 hours.
In the meantime, you can combine the combine evaporated milk and cornstarch in a saucepan until the they become smooth. Gradually stir in 2 cups of the cooking liquid and boil it for 2 minutes.
