Ingredients:
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 chicken
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 dash of white pepper
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 3 cups oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons Chinese rice wine

First of all, you need to remove the skin from the chicken you have bought and cut it into small pieces. Now you need to marinate the chicken pieces by rubbing them with salt and white pepper. You will then combine the soy sauce and Chinese rice wine in a bowl and add in the green onions (chopped), ginger (minced) and sugar.
Now, put all the chicken pieces into a large bowl and pour in the marinade. Seal it and place it in the fridge for 6 hours. After that, it's time to deep fry the chicken pieces. Heat the oil for deep frying to 190 degrees Celcius. Drain the chicken pieces so that they are dry and get rid of the marinade. Dredge the chicken pieces one by one in the flour.
It's time to deep fry the chicken pieces but be sure to fry only a few pieces at a time unless you have a huge deep fryer. Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and crispy. Be sure to drain the chicken pieces using paper towels so that they won't be so greasy.
